How long will I have to wait for a tutor to contact me?

Our policy is that employees of the Nursing Quest, LLC have 24 hours to return an email or outreach.

What platform will the tutors use for video chats?

The primary method or platform used for video chats is Google Chat. Nursing Quest, LLC may also use Zoom.

How will the tutor contact me?

The preferred method of outreach from the Nursing Quest, LLC is via email. This will establish a plan and guidelines for all parties to follow.

What is the return policy?

The Nursing Quest, LLC does not issue returns or money back, under any circumstances. The Nursing Quest, LLC does back one of its packages with an attempt clause, this clause only applies to one package named below:

  • The NCLEX® Immersion Package: Your Path to Licensure

    • The Nursing Quest, LLC offers one free retry of the package named above if you do not pass the NCLEX® after completing the full timeline of the program and fully utilizing The NCLEX® Immersion Package: Your Path to Licensure. This one-time offer must be redeemed within 45 days of your NCLEX® retake date. The goal of this policy is to encourage timely retesting, based on research-supported strategies that improve success rates.
