Our mentorship framework is designed to support real-world growth through the integration of the affective domain, recognizing that mentorship extends beyond knowledge to include values, attitudes, and professional identity.

This is a structured system that develops mentors while facilitating meaningful mentorship in practice.

We do not assign mentorship. We prepare nurses to become effective mentors and create the environment where mentorship can develop in a way that is sustainable and impactful.
